FAQ – Online Store

In partnership with WorkStore, Bread Financial has designed an online store for employees to provide items for purchase. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order and the service behind the products.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to labor and material shortages, inventory and production times are impacted. If there are delays, we will communicate with you directly.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ORDER PROCESSING

How quickly will my order ship and when should I expect to receive it?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 25 business days, depending on your location and items requested.

If, on rare occasions, an item cannot be shipped on the timeline intended, we will notify you of any delays.

How do I edit my order before checkout? Click on View Order:

  • To delete an item from your order, click on “REMOVE” next to the item you would like to delete.
  • To change the quantities of an item, click in the “Quantity” box of the item, type your new quantity, and click Update.

How do I delete or change an order after I have selected checkout?

Once you have clicked on PLACE ORDER NOW, you have committed to purchasing your selected items. At any time prior to clicking on the PLACE ORDER NOW button you can delete an order or change the quantity of items.

How do I change my order once I receive a confirmation number?

If you have entered an email address in your profile, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Once you have purchased an item(s) and received a confirmation number, the order cannot be changed. If you missed an item on your order after checking out, the best procedure is to place another order.

What do I do if I received a damaged item?

We’re really sorry that happened! Please reach out to one of our online store customer service representatives at support@workstore.in or 1800-210-7000 and we will walk you through resolving this issue. Please have your order number and confirmation information on hand when you reach out to us. It helps us locate the information to best assist you!

I received the wrong item in my order. How do I get the item I ordered?

We are terribly sorry for the mix−up and any inconvenience! Please reach out to one of our online store customer service representatives at support@workstore.in or  We will happily get you the corrected item(s) as well as get the wrong item(s) back to our warehouse. Please have your order number and confirmation information on hand when you reach out to us. It helps us locate the information to best assist you!

I received my order, but an item is missing. What do I do?

We apologize for the omission and if this caused any inconvenience! Please reach out to one of our online store customer service representatives at support@workstore.in or 1800-210-7000 and we will get you that missing item. Please have your order number and confirmation information on hand when you reach out to us. It helps us locate the information to best assist you!

What are the customer service hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm IST. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
